Your
big test is tomorrow. You feel like you will never make it - your
energy is zapped, your concentration is gone. Then you drink a
tall glass of orange juice with a ton of crushed ice, a cup of
coffee with some nutmeg sprinkled on top, and eat a handful of
raisins. What a difference, right? Now you feel that you may be
able to do it, after all. You certainly bought yourself a few
hours of studying, anyway.
