Tamra Dawn,
Roving WholeFamily Reporter

Tamra Dawn (a pseudonym) is a roving WholeFamily reporter and a free spirit. Had she been a real person, she would have grown up in Berkeley and gone to Reed College for her freshman and sophomore years, after which she would have dropped out, lived on a commune for two years and then gone back to UC Santa Cruz and finished a BA in ethnic studies with a minor in dance. She is married to Dan, a corporate lawyer, and they have three children. In addition to contact journalism, as she likes to call it, Tamra also writes songs, plays guitar, and sometimes appears in local cafes. She has an open mind, loves to dance, read, talk to friends and experience new things.
