road or lane.
You are dressed in blue or white.
You come to a forest.
Approaching the first line of trees
surrounding the forest see your partner who has caused you pain
emerging from behind the tree.
Ask him/her why he/she causes you
grief.
Ask him/her what makes you vulnerable
to them.
Hear the answer.
Then, look at him/her straight in
the eye and see him/her disappear.
Breathe out one time.
Walk through the trees to a clearing
in the center of the forest.
Feel the warmth of the sun shining
through the trees.
Smell the flowers and listen to the
sound of life around you.
Enjoy the nourishment that comes
to you from your surroundings.
Breathe out and open your eyes.
