Too
many people everywhere are in lousy physical condition. In America,
being overweight is so common, it's fashionable. Couples are having
affairs with food and TV rather than each other. As you gain weight,
you lose intimacy. Forecast: misery.
So, what to do? MULTI-TASK IT! Take your body and your marriage
for a walk!
Put on some
sweats, get your sneakers, take your spouse by the hand, and hit
the road!
When
you walk together, you talk together. You will get your heart
rate going while you get your intimacy quotient met. You will
breathe in oxygen while you breathe out emotions! You get in better
shape, gain more energy, and find each other attractive.
If you aren't careful you could end up happier! What a bonus!
