This privacy statement explains WholeFamily's commitment
to your privacy when visiting WholeFamily.com. It is
our policy to collect and store only personal information
that our members and visitors knowingly and voluntarily
provide. Our site's registration form requires you to
provide the following information: your first name,
email address and zip code, while asking you to also
give us your birth date, marital status, gender, profession,
areas of interest, and number of children. We may request
additional information if you choose to participate
in a survey, contest or poll. If you do not wish to
provide all the requested information, you should not
participate in the foregoing. We may also collect information
about you that you (or a third party) communicate to
us by email, mail or telephone.
Minors
In order to protect the privacy interests of younger
internet users, we do not provide our internet services
to children under the age of 13. We encourage minors
aged 13 and above to use our site only with the involvement
or permission of their parents.
Therefore minors aged 13 and above should only register
to participate in our interactive community with their
parent's or guardian's permission. We encourage minors
to use our online services -- which may include providing

whether you are registering for a user account, responding
to a survey or questionnaire, or disclosing information
requested by us through any other means. If you have
previously registered and wish to prevent further
disclosure of your information, please send an email
to legal@wholefamily.com
stating that you do not want your personal identifiable
information disclosed to third parties.
Cookies
We currently use cookies to allow users computers to
"remember" passwords.
"Cookies" are files that contain information created
by a web server. Cookies are be stored on your hard
disk. WholeFamily may use cookies to facilitate automated
activity but not to disseminate information about you
over the Internet or analyze any information about you
that you have given. However, WholeFamily may use cookies
to help WholeFamily learn which areas of the site are
useful and which need improvement.
If your web browser allows it, you may disable cookies.
However, you may not be able to successfully log on
to and participate in our site if you do so.
Other Sites
This web site contains links to other web sites. WholeFamily
is not responsible for the privacy policies of such
sites.
Public Forums
We make various public forums, including chat rooms
and message boards, available to you on the web site.
You are responsible for the consequences of sharing
your information in these public forums. Any information
you choose to share in a public forum becomes public
information. It is incumbent upon you to exercise caution

WholeFamily uses encryption and other technology to
protect personal information from unauthorized third
party access, alteration, theft or misuse. The information
is coded in the server and access is limited to those
who possess passwords.
